KimberKoch Inc. is licensed as a Type 07 Federal Firearms Dealer and can process firearm transfers from out of state FFL dealers or individuals.

Similar to a regular over the counter firearm purchase, you would pay for the firearm directly to the seller who would then transfer the firearm to our license after processing all of the required paperwork. Arrangements would then be made for your to pick up the firearm at which time all of the necessary BATFE paperwork would be completed along with a background check if necessary for the firearm to then be transferred to you.

Fee Schedule:

Incoming/Outgoing Transfers 20.00                                                                                                    If there are any additional firearms from the same dealer at the same time of receipt the fee would be 10.00 for each additional firearm.

Police/Fire/EMS Incoming/Outgoing Transfer 10.00 each firearm.
